Ingredients:
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 lemons, juiced and zested
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 teaspoons fresh thyme leaves, chopped
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions:
Add olive oil, minced garlic, chopped thyme, salt, and pepper to a small bowl
Add the lemon juice and zest
Mix well
Pour the marinade over the chicken breasts in a shallow dish or a plastic bag that can be closed again
Make sure the chicken is well covered
Put the meat in the fridge for at least 30 minutes and up to 4 hours to marinate
Warm the grill up to a medium-high level
Take the chicken out of the marinade and throw away the extra marinade
Chicken breasts should be cooked through and have grill marks after being grilled for 6 to 8 minutes on each side
If you want, you can serve it hot with extra thyme leaves and lemon slices on top
