These refreshing Tequila Watermelon Popsicles are perfect for hot summer days. The combination of juicy watermelon, tangy lime, and a hint of tequila creates a delightful frozen treat with a kick.
Ingredients:
- 4 cups cubed seedless watermelon
- 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
- 1/4 cup tequila
- 2 tablespoons agave syrup or honey
- Salt, to taste
Instructions:
In a blender, combine cubed watermelon, lime juice, tequila, agave syrup or honey, and a pinch of salt
Blend until smooth
Pour mixture into popsicle molds
Insert popsicle sticks into molds
Freeze for at least 4 hours or until completely set
Once frozen, remove popsicles from molds and enjoy!
