- 5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken thighs, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
- 1 cup tomato puree
- 1/2 cup plain yogurt
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1 tablespoon garam masala
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon ground coriander
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- Fresh cilantro, chopped for garnish
Instructions:
In a slow cooker, combine chicken, onion, garlic, ginger, tomato puree, yogurt, melted butter, garam masala, cumin, coriander, turmeric, paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper
