Ingredients:
- 2 cups steamed broccoli, finely chopped
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup almond flour
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 375F 190C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper
In a large bowl, combine the steamed broccoli, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, eggs, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper
Mix well until everything is evenly combined
Shape the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter, and place them on the prepared baking sheet
In a shallow dish, spread out the almond flour
Roll each broccoli and cheese ball in the almond flour until coated
Place the coated balls back onto the baking sheet
Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the balls are golden brown and crispy on the outside
Serve hot and enjoy!
